一、进口冷冻鱼肉类产品要求：
1、内外包装使用无毒、无害的材料，完好无破损；
2、内外包装上应当标明产地国、品名、生产企业注册号、生产批号；
3、外包装上应当以中文标明规格、产地（具体到州/省/市）、目的地、生产日期、保质
期、储存温度等内容，目的地应当标明为中华人民共和国，加施输出国家或者地区官方检验检疫标识。
4、装运进口肉类产品的运输工具和集装箱，应当在进口口岸检验检疫机构的监督下实施防
疫消毒处理。
5、提供进口动植物检疫许可证、输出国家或者地区官方出具的相关证书正本原件、贸易合
同、提单、装箱单、INVOICE及卫生许可证等单证。

二、进口冷冻鱼肉类产品注意事项：
1、收发货人备案：国家质检总局对向中国境内出口肉类产品的出口商实施备案管理，并定期公布已经备案的出口商、代理商名单。因此，检验检疫机构对进口肉类产品收货人实施备案管理。已经实施备案管理的收货人，方可办理肉类产品进口手续。
2、进境动植物检疫许可证：国家质检总局对进口肉类产品实行检疫审批制度，进口肉类产品的收货人应当在货物到港前办理检疫审批手续，取得进境动植物检疫许可证。国家质检总局根据需要，按照有关规定，可以派员到输出国家或者地区进行进口肉类产品预检。
3、指定口岸进口：进口肉类产品应当从国家质检总局指定的口岸进口。因为指定的进口口岸的检验检疫机构具备进口肉类产品现场查验设备设施和相应的专业技术人员。进口肉类产品会被存储在检验检疫机构认可并报国家质检总局备案的存储冷库或者其他场所。

三、商检报关查验的内容：
1、检查运输工具是否清洁卫生、有无异味，控温设备设施运作是否正常，温度记录是否符
合要求；
2、核对货证是否相符，包括集装箱号码和铅封号、货物的品名、数（重）量、输出国家或
地区、生产企业名称及注册号、生产日期、包装、输出国家或者地区官方证书编号、标志或者封识等信息；
3、查验包装是否符合食品安全国家标准要求；
4、预包装鱼肉类产品的标签是否符合要求；
5、对冷冻鱼肉类产品还应当检查新鲜程度、中心温度是否符合要求、是否有病变以及肉眼
可见的寄生虫、异物及其他异常情况，必要时进行蒸煮试验。
